Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of AI and Blockchain Development to lead our efforts in integrating advanced AI solutions and blockchain technologies within supply chain management for defense companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development, blockchain implementation, and a proven track record of working within the defense sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of AI and blockchain projects to enhance supply chain efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with defense companies and federal agencies to identify opportunities for AI and blockchain integration.
- Oversee the research, design, and deployment of innovative AI solutions tailored to defense supply chain needs.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
- Build and lead a team of AI and blockchain developers, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, blockchain, and defense technology.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in AI and blockchain applications for defense.
- Represent RZ Service Group LLC at industry conferences, seminars, and meetings to promote our capabilities and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI development and blockchain technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience working with defense companies and understanding of their unique requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AI and blockchain projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing, and distributed ledger technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Security clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance is preferred.
