Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for user-centered design and a proven ability to create seamless and engaging user experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with our technology and development teams to create intuitive interfaces that enhance the user experience for defense, logistics, and federal agencies. Your expertise will help shape the future of how users interact with our solutions, ensuring functionality and aesthetic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to define and implement innovative UX/UI strategies and solutions.
• Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user journeys to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that convey design concepts clearly.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, ensuring usability and functionality.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products.
• Stay current on UX/UI design best practices and trends to continually improve and innovate.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
